Custom Embroidered CornerStone Hi-Vis & Safety Apparel
Purpose-built ANSI/ISEA 107 hi-vis workwear — the brand we reach for first when a job site requires compliant visibility, not just a bright color.
About CornerStone
Short answer: CornerStone is a workwear brand focused specifically on ANSI/ISEA 107-compliant high-visibility apparel and general safety workwear — vests, jackets, shirts, and outerwear built around meeting a required visibility class, not just looking bright.
Unlike general workwear brands that happen to offer a hi-vis item or two, CornerStone's line is built around compliance from the start — reflective placement, fabric class, and construction are designed to meet specific ANSI/ISEA 107 classes. That makes it our default recommendation whenever a site has an actual compliance requirement rather than a general preference for visibility.
Best Products for Embroidery & Decoration
- Hi-vis safety vests — the most common CornerStone request; embroiders cleanly around reflective striping when placement is planned correctly.
- Hi-vis long-sleeve shirts and jackets — a strong option for crews who need compliant visibility as their primary garment, not just a vest layered over street clothes.
- Insulated hi-vis parkas — winter-rated options for crews working roadside or on job sites through New England winters.
Industry Fit
CornerStone shows up most in our construction and municipal programs, and anywhere else a crew works near roadway traffic or heavy equipment — utility, landscaping crews on roadside work, and public works departments. See our full hi-vis & safety apparel product guide for garment-specific detail.
Embroidery & Decoration Guide
Decoration on hi-vis apparel has one rule that matters more than the rest: don't compromise the reflective striping. We plan logo placement around the reflective tape rather than through it, and for technical or waterproof hi-vis outerwear, we often recommend laser etching over embroidery since it doesn't pierce the fabric with a needle. For standard hi-vis shirts and vests, embroidery works well as long as placement is planned with the reflective zones in mind.
Sizing Notes
CornerStone hi-vis apparel is typically cut to layer over other clothing (especially vests and jackets), so sizing tends to run a bit roomier than standard corporate apparel — worth keeping in mind when ordering for crews who'll wear it over jackets or coveralls in cold weather.
Alternatives & Comparisons
If your crew needs rugged non-hi-vis outerwear, Carhartt is the better default. If FR/arc-rated compliance is the requirement rather than visibility, see Bulwark instead — the two compliance types (hi-vis and FR) are separate and occasionally overlap, so tell us if you need both.
