These terms cover use of this website and general ordering terms with East Coast Embroidery. Specific pricing, quantities, and production details for your order are confirmed in your individual quote and proof.
Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational purposes and to help you request quotes and learn about our services. Please don't use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Quotes & Orders
- Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are confirmed once we've reviewed your final garment, quantity, and artwork.
- A 6-piece minimum applies to custom apparel orders — embroidery, screen print, laser, or heat press — per design placement per run.
- Production begins after you approve a proof. New embroidery logos also receive a physical stitch sample for approval before full production.
- Turnaround time is typically two weeks or less from proof approval; rush production may be available and will be confirmed at the time of order.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice until a quote is formally confirmed for your order.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your logo and artwork. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced on apparel. Digitized embroidery files we create from your logo are kept on file to support your reorders.
Customer-Supplied Garments
We accept customer-supplied blank garments for embroidery only, at $20 per placement with a 6-piece minimum. We do not screen print on customer-supplied garments, in order to protect fabric integrity and final print quality.
Online Store
Orders placed through shop.eastcoastembroidery.com are also subject to that platform's checkout, payment, and order terms.
Limitation of Liability
We work carefully to produce accurate proofs and quality decorated apparel. Once a proof is approved, production proceeds based on that approval. We are not liable for errors that were present in an approved proof, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
