What to Include in Your Quote Request

The faster we understand your order, the faster you get an accurate quote. Include as much of this as you can:

What Happens After You Reach Out

  1. We respond fast — usually the same business day.
  2. You get a straight quote based on garment, quantity, and decoration method.
  3. We send a proof before anything goes into production. New embroidery logos also get a physical stitch sample.
  4. You approve it and we get to work — two weeks or less from approval.
  5. Pickup or shipping — pick up at our East Providence shop or we ship anywhere in New England.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a quote?
Call 401-434-9224, email orders@eastcoastembroidery.com, or use the Start Order button to begin online. Include your garment, quantity, and logo if you have one.
Can I email my logo files directly?
Yes — email them to orders@eastcoastembroidery.com. Vector files (.AI, .EPS, vector PDF) work best; we can also rebuild a logo from PNG or JPG.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — pick up your finished order at our East Providence shop, or we can ship anywhere in New England.
What is the minimum order size?
6-piece minimum on all custom apparel — embroidery, screen print, laser, or heat press.
What is your turnaround time?
Two weeks or less from proof approval. Rush production is available — call to check availability.
