East Coast Embroidery's contract embroidery process

Contract & Stitch-Only Embroidery

Embroidery capacity for other decorators — screen printers, promotional products distributors, and apparel companies who need overflow production without building it in-house.

Who This Is For

Short answer: if you're a screen printer, promo products distributor, or apparel business that needs embroidery capacity, we run contract and stitch-only work at trade pricing.

You send us blank garments — or have us source them — along with a digitized file, or let us digitize your client's logo for you. We handle production on your timeline and return finished goods ready for you to deliver to your customer. Rhode Island's nearly four-decade embroidery shop, running your overflow so you don't have to turn work away.

How It Works

  1. Intake. Send blank garments (or ask us to source them) and your digitized file, or the logo to digitize.
  2. Production. We run the job to your specs and timeline.
  3. Quality check. Every piece is checked before it's returned to you.
  4. Delivery. Pick up at our East Providence shop or we ship to you.
